Hey guys what's up? I've just watched the original Giuliano's edit he made a few months ago, if you' ve already seen the other one, watch this one again because the music has been changed! Mauro went to Barcelona for 6 months almost two years ago, a few weeks after my injury! So hyped for this edit, I like the song! When I watched it for the first time I was in Milan for the weekend visiting Giuliano (he made the edit). I insisted that he put the video online ehe! Night session footage!

More footage about Sicily skaters! This morning I saw this night sesh video of my friends from Siracusa (40 minutes by car from Catania). So sick to see that all the east coast it's hyped to hang out skating and film some stuff for fun! My friend Stefano filmed mostly.
Siracusa and the towns nearby are full of spots, a lot of skaters came there during the years for tours and people always like the footage that comes out! If everyone is planning to come here hit me up! Sicily absolutely deserves.

French skate crew in Sicily

This french crew came in Sicily last february. I haven't seen them because I was in Verona :(. My friend Mauro (the guy that filmed them) said that these guys are about 40 years old each, what to say! big up! I would like to skate till 40 or more! I hope so ehe. Tomorrow I'll write about this guy Mauro Caruso because he deserves ehe! he pushed the skate scene in Catania for years! Talk to you later.. Good night!

My first UK experience!

Yo! Today I want to tell you about my first trip in UK! I went there the day after my 18th Birthday. After working hard during the summer, just to save money for that trip was the only reason. And I can say that I spent one of the best time of my life there! It was all about go skating all day meet people skate with everyone and together. My first travel by flight and first time outside Italy.. I have to say thanks to a friend of mine Alex that made possible everything, we slept in his room so I saved a lot of money..
It was weird that during those 2 weeks I changed 3 decks.. I skated so much! aha. really? If you haven't ever been outside your country, you should! you will get hyped for sure! Here is a clip of me filmed in 2 different days of taht trip. I didn't really mind about filming at the time.. skateboarding is fun!

 I met Stefano during my experience in Verona, I'haven't seen him for long when I was there I knew he sprained his ankle recently, but now I can see that is pushing! Yeah homie! I should come back to go skate with you and the IF crew!

One month ago when I was in Catania for 2 weeks, I met Eugenio and Efrem (the skater on the video) at the ledge spot, And they told me about they wanted to film for a clip on the street spots of Catania with the new Eugenio's go pro, just for have fun and go skate like friends. Eugenio is  learning well  how edit the clips! I've really liked the way how he introduced the skaters! Yeah Eu! The lineof Francesco Grasso AKA Nyjah  by the 7 stairs no sense! Ya man!

IntoFREEDOM footage

 I met the guys of the Intofreedom crew and I can say they are pushing a lot the skate scene in Verona! That huge skatepark with the blue manual pads is their daily spot, and they're going to build other diy ramps! check their blog and see more footage about the guys!

This afternoon, I was talking with a friend of mine about how he is living in London in the last months.. I' m getting so hyped to move my ass there as well, for 2 reason; because is a huge city where would be better to work instead of living in Sicily (just little harder to find a job here) and for the rad spots that you can skate everyday! I love see these videos filmed entirely at night in London! Hype!

DIY Backyard

 How sick is this backyard bowl? It's amazing what a crew of skateboarders can do. I think it's quite hard at the beginning, but when you start to create simple things like little banks, bumps and other stuff, you will learn.

Catania night session #2

Hi guys how's going? It has been raining here for days, so bad. Today, we had lunch with the new Ale's flatmate, I love that girl is so funny, ehe. I showed her this video. This was the second clip we filmed after "Night sessions with the homies".. The video is quite longer than the first one, there were so many funny situations with the people that was wrong to don't put them on it :) In the middle of the video, there is a part where we skate in the city rail station. After few hours of skate session the cops came to kick us out. They  were friendly with us tough and they didn't fine us; instead they wanted to see us skate in the station! aha crazy. Also the local TV talked about that, hope the cops haven't lost their job for their goodness. The video was filmed in winter 2011 before my injury. Enjoy!

My Milan experience!

                                   
I'm so happy I went to Milan last weekend! Before going there, Some friends of mine told me that was a bad city, grey weather and boring,with not so many spot to skate. What to say, if you don't go you will never know! So when my girlfriend Alexandra told me if I would go there to see our friends, I was down!
I went in 2 different skateparks! The first one was the Lambro Bowl that is one of the oldest bowl in Milan.

 After I went to another skatepark that seemed sketchy but it was cool tough! The bowl was very deep, I've never skated something like that before! It was very hard to just push and get speed, ehe.

 In the night we went to a sick party called "TILT" with our friend Matteo. When we heard that an electro group "Belzebass" was coming for a live we were so stoked because Alexandra love them. If you like electro music listen this song (click the word "song" for the link) :D. When we got to the disco, everyone was painted with blood, and they painted us as well! aha crazy, here is the pic!

After this wild night  we came out from the pub at about 3, and when we knew that the next bus was at 6:00 AM I told to Alexandra and Matteo to sleep at the airport and then catch the bus, but we weren't alone..

That  guy broke the main entrance door to enter and sleep ahah! Don't know if he caught the bus with us.. Initially we were so scared when we saw him, but he slept for the whole night without snore ahah. The second day we went again to Lambro! I'm psyched about that bowl is so tranquil and it's also in the middle of the green, cool place and good people! After the sesh Matteo told me to go up the hill to see the Milan skyline and Alexandra took cool photos!

It was an amazing weekend, I had a lot of fun, next time I'll be back and I want to skate again those skateparks! :)

Night session with the homies!

Hi guys! Today I want to show you this clip came out before my injury.
I remember when Mauro told me that he bought the flash, he was hyped to film our night sessions, everything was shot in a night. It was fun to just push and cruise around the city with my friends Biagio Adriano and Mauro. When i showed this video to my friends and my schoolmates were impressed because that in the video doesn't seem like Catania city! Maybe because the real scenes you can see in Catania' s streets are the busy roads full of cars and scooters going fast as hell aha, and not those empty streets with skaters shredding them aha! So many good memories! .

An year without skateboarding

The title explains everything,before start uploading posts about my life,friends and skateboarding, I want to explain what happened to me in the last year. So the 2th January 2013 I was with my friends around Catania to film and shoot photos; everything was great while a friend of mine,Ale, was hyped to film a trick on the green ledges spot in Catania.When we got to the spot he understood it wasn't possible, because the landing was quite rough and the ledges were a little bit in downhill. Last time, I don't remember when exactly, maybe it was summer, I went there trying to get a 5050 on that ledge but I didn't make it. So when I heard Ale that he wouldn't skate that spot I've got psyched to skate it and film the trick.I was so hyped! After few tries i was on that ledge trying to land it, Adriano and all the other guys were supporting me and even if the slams were hurting, I continued! I've really stucked once, but few tries after I rolled my knee very badly. I had a strange sensation,the guys got scared  and called the ambulance but before they came, while I was checking if my knee was right, my bone slided off, like there wasn't anything that was fixing it. The ambulance took me to the hospital to put a cast on my leg. One month after I did a magnetic resonance and they told me that my cruciate ligament was broken and i had to have a surgery. 

After 3 months I had the surgery but I didn't work on the rehab as much as I should have done,and I've also started skating too early (2 months after) I know I'm stupid but it's everything for me, I feel so bad when I don't skate! I should be more patient! Next month I'll move back to Sicily so is the best time to start everything again and do all the things correctly!
